I confirm I will not be sending or receiving any form of Dangerous or Hazardous Goods unless Smart Send has approved the shipment of dangerous goods in writing (if so, you agree to abide by all regulatory requirements for the shipment of dangerous goods and have discussed this with the government authorities in your State of Australia).
  4. I confirm the goods being sent or received are packaged correctly (visit our Packaging Guide for more information). If you are still uncertain, email us at sales@smartsend.com.au for guidance. Sending incorrectly packaged or incompatible goods will result in either a Futile Booking Fee being charged or total forfeiture of freight charges paid. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.
  5. I agree to enter the exact weight and dimensions of the 'packaged' goods being sent. If a check is done & we identify that the information provided is incorrect, you will be notified via email of the additional amount to pay (plus a $15 Administration Fee). We allow an 'overall' 1% discrepancy margin per consignment/booking. If you are found to continually 'under-declare' weights/dimensions in your bookings you will be banned from using our services and/or legal action may commence.
  6. Your use of our technology, the 'Smart API', shipping apps/plugins and 'eBay Application' is solely at your risk. Access to the Smart Send system is provided on an 'as available' basis. Smart Send does not make any representation or warranty that your access to this technology will be uninterrupted, timely or secure. Smart Send will not be liable for loss resulting from any interruption, delay in operation or transmission, misperformance, virus, communications failure, Internet access difficulties, or malfunction in equipment or software.
  7. Where we have provided materials in relation to the "Smart API" (our "Materials") to you for the purposes of integrating the "Smart API" into your website by you, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use our Materials for that sole purpose.  You also agree and acknowledge that ownership of our Materials and all intellectual property rights in the "Smart API" remain solely with us.
