Get Started

It's easy! There's no need to register or subscribe.

Firstly you will need to get a freight quote. Go to the "Quick Quote" section on our homepage (or the link on the left hand side of this page). Choose the type of customer you are, then enter the details for you booking (to/from postcodes, weight, dimensions, service requirements, etc) then click on the GET QUOTE button.

Booking

The next page will display the freight price and estimated transit time.  If you are happy to proceed and use our services complete the Booking Page, where you will be asked for the Pick-up and Delivery details and then the Payment section where you can pay by credit/debit card or Paypal account via Paypal.

Please note: pick-ups cannot be effected the same day as booking (except for 'Express Service' if booked prior to 11am EDST).

Despatch

After the payment has been processed you will receive your "Tax Invoice/Freight Job Itinerary" via email.  Attached to this email will be your customised consignment-label/s (PDF format).

Print the consignment-label/s and firmly stick it to your goods. If you want to keep a copy of the consignment details or need the driver to sign a copy as pick-up effected, you can cut-off the "top third" of the consignment-label for your records (ensure the middle and bottom copy stay attached to the carton).  Please make sure someone is available at the pickup address during the time window as nominated by you in your booking.
